Light guide 6, heating member 9 and monopolar electrode 1 are placed in common cylindric casing 4 with bevelled end. Beside that, the device has additional vibrator 15 with vibratode 16, thermal transducer 7 with on the end of casing 4 and light guide 5 for performing observations.
