FIELD: agriculture, chemical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: crusher has housing 1 with charging 2 and discharging devices, rotor 4 with laminated percussion members movably secured on it and between themselves. Rotor is kinematically connected with drive. Percussion members consist of members connected two or more at a time, hard-mounted between themselves and forming articulated joint with neighboring links and rotor. They can be disposed along multifilar helical spiral and can have different lengths according to housing diameter. Percussion members can have different configurations and are connected in different ways. Conical deflecting members 9 and 10 are set up on rotor ends. Lower member is hard-mounted with can be hard-mounted with rotor and has toothed projections. The housing is equipped with stationary knives mounted along chord with minimal gap to upper percussion members. Lower conical deflecting member can be made as working wheel of axial fan.
