FIELD: crushing loose materials. SUBSTANCE: grinder has housing 1 provided with charging device 2 and discharging device 3 and rotor with plate impact members interconnected pivotally. The ends of the members are provided with additional working members. The resistance to wear of the material of additional working members is higher than the resistance to wear of the material of the impact members. The additional working members may be wedge-shaped and made up as knives, chains, or stacks. The thickness of the additional working members in each stack decreases with the height. On the housing, between the sections of the impact members, may be hammering members made up as segment plates and sections which are can be shifted in the plane one with respect to the other.
