FIELD: solid waste material procession. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of heating missile bodies up to a temperature of their hot deformation and rolling them in a three-roll helical rolling mill by one or several passes in order to make a hollow sleeve or a rod with a predetermined diameter; at making the rod inserting into a cavity of the blank a bar until it rests upon a bottom of the blank, the bar having a diameter, corresponding to a diameter of the cavity, and a length, being by 1.2-1.5 times more, than a length of the body; performing rolling process with roll gap, being equal to a sum of the bar diameter and doubled thickness of a wall of the body, or less, than that value; at making the sleeve performing the rolling process with a mandrel.
