FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: upper plate is equipped with central mandrel carrying upper punch, with embracing it additional traverse and circular girdle with conical hole hard-mounted between themselves and with vertical hydraulic cylinders the housings of which are fixed in upper plate and the stems are secured in circular girdle. Central cradle with running-in cone is made in traveling table. Bearing washer with its possible shifting together with dies by means of central ejector is mounted in cylindrical part of cradle. Conical surfaces are made from face ends of die. Upper surface contacts with conical hole of circular girdle. Lower surface contacts with running-in end of central cradle of movable table. At least two opposite lying horizontal broaching systems are equipped with additional sliders connected with dies and additional hydraulic cylinders. Central holes are made in sliders. Broaching punches are set up in holes for their displacement relative to sliders. EFFECT: expanded technological capabilities and enhanced factor of metal utilization. 3 dwg
