SUBSTANCE: device for loading and unloading of packed loads has crane truck 1 on wharf with vertically turnable cantilever 3 formed by supporting boom 4 with supporting frame 9 and horizontally movable supporting frame 10 directed from inside which carries vertical conveyor 17 on free end which can be moved in height with conveyor for pans made in form of lifting platform 26. The latter engages with transporting way for reloaded loads arranged on cantilever 3 with conveyor located in supporting frame 10, conveyor arranged in supporting frame 9 and conveyor 34 placed between conveyors 32 and 33 which can be moved between the latter by displacing supporting frame 10 from supporting frame 9 so that LOADS pans are transported along transportation way with uninterrupted points of transfer.
