FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: upper plate of the hydraulic structure is connected to flexible shell placed between upper plate and lower plate, and provided with a drive influence by either lateral weight, or buoyancy (depending on locality of the protective hydraulic structure) on upper plate to form rarefaction in flexible shell cavity.
