Walls may be both two-layered, and three-layered. The device for erecting small-storey buildings has a panel made in the form of concrete form tray 1. Hinge 2 is fastened to bearing frame formed by ledges 3. The frame is equipped with mechanism for horizontal motion presenting rolls 6 rest on cantilever supports 7 and hydraulic cylinder 8.
