FIELD: gas and oil industry. SUBSTANCE: packer has shaft, sealing member with upper and lower rests, conical bushing with splines mounted for axial translation relative to shaft and rigidly jointed to hollow fairing tightly divided by diaphragm into low-pressure chamber and high-pressure chamber filled with liquid where piston rigidly jointed to shaft is placed. Conical bushing is rigidly jointed to fairing, piston - to shaft and plunger stopper has duct and is mounted for limited translation after its connection to catching head with lifting cable-rope. EFFECT: simplified process of lifting of packer out of well without complications after operation is terminated. 1 dwg
