FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this is used in devices intended for isolation of casing string zones when performing repair, insulating and investigating works. Packer has hollow body with radial passages. Mounted on body is sealing member with upper and lower flanges. Located under sealing member is pusher. Packer is also provided with cone and mounted on cone are slip sockets. Installed in hollow is barrel which together with body creates circulation passage. Installed in space above sealing member is electric drive unit. Packer is also provided with bush and tie-rod with pin. Bush is telescopically connected with body and is rigidly connected with lower flange. Tie-rod with pin interacts with pusher. Barrel in its lower part has openings in which tie-rod pins are seated. Cone is installed on bush. Slips are positioned for possible interaction with pusher. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 2 dwg
