FIELD: manufacture of gas turbines. SUBSTANCE: oxidizer (air) is fed to compressor where it is compressed. To reduce this work, superheated water is injected into compressor stages where oxidizer temperature is high. Oxidizer being compressed is partially bled from intermediate compressor stages. Oxidizer from last compressor stage remaining after preheating in regenerative heat exchanger is fed to combustion chamber of compressor stages; preheated fuel is simultaneously fed to this combustion chamber. Fuel is partially burnt in compressor stages at air-excess coefficient lesser than 1 and products of incomplete combustion of fuel are directed to turbomachine for converting their heat to work. Then products of incomplete combustion pass in succession all expansion stages of turbomachine to whose nozzle tabs preheated additional portions of oxidizer are supplied and after-burning of fuel at air-excess coefficient lesser than 1 takes place. Final after-burning of fuel at air-excess coefficient more than 1 is effected in last stage of turbomachine. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 cl, 1 dwg
