FIELD: measurement equipment, in particular, stationary and portable devices for digital conversion of measured parameters. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two measurement tracts and analysis and resultant data display tract. First measurement tract has nonlinear detector, pulse and base frequency generators, pulse calibrator. Second measurement tract has nonlinear detector, precision operational amplifier and analog-to-digital converter. Each of tracts converts input variable analog value into binary numerical code. First tract converts capacitor measurement value, second tract converts current variation value. Binary numerical information is delivered from measurement tracts to analysis and resultant data display tract inputs. EFFECT: increased precision of measurements and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
