FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting garlic into pieces or slices and heating to temperature of 80-850C for 3-5 min; grinding to pasty state and holding at room temperature in closed container. Before cutting procedure, garlic may be frozen. Garlic may be heated in water, oil or fat or may be heated by steam. Seed treatment method involves exposing seeds to atmosphere of volatile garlic compounds released from garlic paste produced by above method. Plant protection means may be used in liquid state or as fumigation means.
EFFECT: improved plant protection means with increased content of high-concentrated active substance, and increased shelf life.
