SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes a main pressing cylinder and plunger-cylinder 4, jointly connected with a rod of the main pressing cylinder. The plunger cylinder 4 has pressing 5 and after-pressing 6 tips and a cooling system, including delivery 39 and draining pipelines, tube 14, mounted with a gap in dead coolable cavity 9 of the after-pressing nozzle 6 and connected through the tube 14, duct 11, cavity 12 with the delivery pipeline and through a radial duct of the plunger of the nozzle 6 with intermediate cavity 16 of the plunger-cylinder 4, being in the form of two coaxially mounted sleeves 7,8, restricting together with the pressing nozzle 5 coolable cavity 10, joined with the draining pipeline 18 and by radial duct 15 of inner sleeve 8 with the intermediate cavity 16.
