FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: a tool has the body 1 with cutting members 9, mounted on an end of the body 1; the drive shaft 10, arranged in the body 1 diametrically opposite relative to the stem 8, secured to the body and joined by its one end with the drive shaft by the flexible member 11; a second end of the stem 8 is joined with a terminal section, arranged at a side of the drive shaft. The worm couple 12 is mounted on the drive shaft; the pinion 14 is mounted on an end of the worm. The pawl 15, secured relative to the body; is mounted with possibility of engagement with the pinion 14. At least one closed spiral groove 18, having a trapezoidal cross section, is made in a wall of the body along its whole thickness. At an inner side the wall of the body has the additional cutting teeth 19, recesses between which are joined with the groove and with recesses between the cutting members. The body is provided by an additional groove 20, normal relative to its lengthwise axis and designed for placing a cutting off member. The pawl is in the form of two-arm lever, being spring-loaded and mounted with possibility of rotation on an axle. EFFECT: enhanced quality of drilled openings with use of such tool. 1 cl, 7 dwg
