FIELD: forestry. SUBSTANCE: plant has power base, frame on which manufacturing equipment is disposed; charging mechanism 4, block of milling cutters 3, block of feeding rollers 7, block of saws 8 with wedging knives 9 and receiving roller table 10. Charging mechanism is made at least of two sections, each of them consists of block of vertical driving conical rollers and block of horizontal rollers. The latter can travel in vertical plane. Guideways-limiters are mounted before block of milling cutters 6. Block of wedging knives is disposed in action zone of block of saws 8. The knives are hinged and have slot.
