FIELD: processes and apparatuses of water purification by selected bacteria. SUBSTANCE: method provides for water treatment by aerobic micro organisms in aerotank, separation of micro organisms from water by passing through micro filter with following feeding of separated from water biomass into disintegrator and recirculation into first aerotank; clarified water feeding into second aerotank with solid fitting on for immobilization of micro organisms, water biotreatment in it with its bubbling by air, separation of micro organisms from water by passing through micro filter with treatment in torch of spraying during contact with ions of metals, that possess oligodynamic influence on microflora of water. Apparatus has body with branch pipes of feeding and removal of mediums, purified water collector, driving shaft with disk, additional shaft with disk mounted on main shaft, ring type filtering partition fixed among disks and made flexible with metal spraying cover, ions of which has oligodynamic properties of influence on suspended in water micro organisms, water-resistant partition located concentrically to filtering partition with formation of ring-type clearance and having oligodynamic cover on inner side. In the case lower edge of water-resistant partition is located in purified water collector to form torch of spraying. Purified water collector has oligodynamic cover.
