FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: mineral impurities are separated from lignin in homogenizer 1, and diluted with after-yeast residue to a concentration of 2-12 g/l. Lignin is neutralized before homogenization with ammonia water or lime milk pH 3.5-5.5 and disintegrate is added from disintegrator 6 and directed into disperser 2 which comprises rotor 3 and stator 4 provided with aligned holes 3 where suspended matter is subjected to cavitation hydraulic-impact dispersion to the particle size commensurable with the size of bacteria, i.e. about 1 micron. Mixture is directed into biocultivator 7 comprising alternating vegetable 8 and blow 9 chambers with false bottoms therebetween. Chambers 8 communicate with each other through overflow pipes 11 and contain granular immobilizing packing 12. After growth of biomass the substrate is discharged into device 15 for filtering separation of clarified water on a circular flexible filtering partition. Concentrate of biomass moves into disintegrator 6 while surplus disintegrate, into drier 16. EFFECT: improved functional and operating characteristics. 2 cl, 2 dwg
