FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: reaction pulp is directed from reactor under pressure 2-4 atmosphere into two fields of centrifugal forces created by two hydrocyclones where it is subjected to action of ultrasonic vibrations with frequency 18-22 kHz. From hydrocyclones flows of pulp are brought out with opposition to each other with opposite direction of rotation into hopper from where they are returned into reactor. Gear for implementation of method incorporates reactor, pump, hopper with hydrocyclones directed in opposition and ultrasonic generators attached to them, connecting pipe-lines with shut-off devices.
