SUBSTANCE: the line uses an electromagnetic installation installed on a hardening machine between the fillet card height monitoring device and means for fillet card feed for heat treatment. Treatment of fillet card in a pulsating electromagnetic field results in equalization of the structure of tooth metal and removal of internal stresses, decreases the tendency to brittle failure.
