FIELD: methods of aerodynamic formation of unwoven materials from synthesized fibres. SUBSTANCE: extrusion of melt of polymers is accomplished in a fibre-forming head, having holes that are arranged radially and converge in the center, fibres are laid in canvas and formation of unwoven material is accomplished on the inner surface of a fixed porous holder having the shape of a converging funnel; drafting of the obtained hose is accomplished in the direction of motion of the air flow inside the holder cooled from the external surface. The material thickness is controlled by the rate of hose drafting. In accordance with the offered method, flexible porous substrates for membrane, as well as fibrous filter media of various assortment are obtained.
