FIELD: sewing industry. SUBSTANCE: the press uses a striker, upper heated pad with a punch that is movable in the vertical direction and means for adjustment of its vertical displacement, kinematically linked with the sticker, pressure plate with a means for vertical movement, kinematically linked with the upper pad; the upper pad is freely installed in the plate central hole. The lower heated pad has a die, telescopic post. The upper and lower pads have coaxial central holes. During striker motion the means for vertical movement of the upper pad is actuated, during its movement it displaces the pressure plate. Due to it, the punch preliminary moulds the processed material, and the working surfaces of the upper pad and pressure plate distribute the processed material due to flexible motion. Then, further movement of the punch completes the moulding process. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
