FIELD: lock production, in particular, making multi-crossbar rim locks of higher reliability to shut bank saves, residual and service rooms, garages and other objects. SUBSTANCE: crossbar is made of two interconnected parts. Working section of the crossbar is formed by its free end. Another end of the section has members to be connected to lock mechanism. Joint ends of both sections are placed in lock slide way. Joint ends of both sections are made in the form of clamps and corresponding slots inserted into one another in lengthwise direction. EFFECT: simplified installation, and enhanced reliability at the expense of use of wedge-type members of dovetail joint. 7 dwg
