SUBSTANCE: laser light makes it possible to illuminate objects for observation through night viewing device and to measure range to objects being observed at maintenance of their illumination. To this end, objective with photodetector is mounted coaxially with radiator and radiator control unit is connected with photodetector control unit; parameters of laser radiation in illumination mode and in range measurement mode are mutually related.
