FIELD: gyroscopic devices; inertial control systems. SUBSTANCE: control of gyroscope rotor precession is effected by means of modulated pulsating electric field which does not create residual magnetization of rotor and does not give rise to residual currents in torque generator. Absence of residual interaction between housing and rotor of gyroscope eliminates disturbance of angular motion of rotor polar axis in inertial space.
