SUBSTANCE: the moment device has an electromagnetic moment pickup with two half-windings and a controllable voltage source, it provides for determination of integral quantity for determination of integral quantity of alternating moment applied to the rotor, and nullification of the measured quantity by shifting the average level of moment; to this end use is made of two diodes, two phase discriminators and a signal difference unit.
