FIELD: special-purpose measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: method involves comparison of informative parameters with reference values and taking decision according to comparison results on technical condition of receiving channel. The latter is placed in standard sea water, acoustic noise of sea medium is received, integral values of absolute quantities of channel output voltages are determined and used as informative parameters; arithmetic mean of informative parameters is determined and used as reference value. Reference value is stored and used for comparing informative parameters. EFFECT: improved reliability of serviceability check results. 2 cl, 1 dwg
