FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing, measuring rod with a pelot, graduated spring attached to the measuring rod with its one end and to the casing with the other one and data processing unit, site reflecting ultrasonic radiation mounted on the measuring rod and two converters of ultrasonic measurement devices for measuring vibration displacements. The first converter is set to provide contactless measurement of distance between the casing and the site reflecting ultrasonic radiation in the direction of the measuring rod axis. The second one is fixed in the casing from the pelot side, the axes of the second converter and the measuring rod are in parallel relation to each other.
