FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has current source, vibrator, bearing casing and additionally introduced programmed control unit, commutator, a group of electrodes, heated air flow source, cuff made of elastic material, pressure control valve and pressure gage. The first output of the programmed control unit is connected to the first input of the commutator, the second output of the programmed control unit is connected to the current source input which output is connected to the second input of the commutator which outputs are connected to the cuff electrodes. The outputs of the programmed control unit, from the third to the sixth one, are connected to inputs of the vibrator mechanically coupled with the bearing casing, of the pressure source, of the heated air flow source and to the pressure control valve. The heated air flow source output is connected to first input of the programmed control unit which second input is connected to the pressure gage. Input pipeline of the pressure source is connected to the cuff which output pipeline is connected to the pressure gage pressure control valve. The electrodes are placed into the cuff made of elastic material. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 5 dwg
