SUBSTANCE: device has transparent chamber with lodgement, program-controlled unit, electric current supply source, pressurization drive mechanism, electrodes, heat air-flow compressor, as well as cuff made from elastic material and provided with set of electrodes encompassing lodgement and attached on cuff; moreover, inner cavity of cuff is coupled with pressurization drive mechanism, inlet of which is connected to first output of program-controlled unit; second and third outputs of program-controlled unit are connected to inputs of current supply source and heat air-flow compressor, which in turn is coupled with cavity of chamber through canal; output of pressure-sensitive element is connected to input of program-controlled unit.
