Reagent 1: suitable perfluoropolyoxaalkylcarboxylic acid fluoroanhydride having molecular weight of 500-1500. Reagent 2: monoisononylphenol polyethyleneglycol ester having molecular weight of 700-760. Reaction conditions: equimolar ratio and heating to 100 C in the presence of hydrogen fluoride acceptor.
