FIELD: recovery of gas and its transportation. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains product of interaction of acryl acid with polyacryl amide and 0.01-0.1 mass % of surfactant. Mentioned above product is prepared by interaction of acryl acid with polyacryl amide (their mass ratio being (1.5-2.5): (0.6-2.5) respectively) in aqueous medium in the presence of 0.005-0.05 mass % of ammonia persulfate. Proposed composition also contains 8-40 mass % of diethylene glycol and water. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product. 1 tbl
