FIELD: opening productive horizontal oil, gas, and water intake wells. SUBSTANCE: device has hydraulic fixer-centering guide with extended rods and hydraulic cylinders. Hydraulic cylinders are placed in diametrically opposite sides and in perpendicular planes at different levels. The device has also hydromonitoring sections with radial passage in the case, inlet tangential lengthwise passage, and outlet lengthwise passages on ends of radial passage. Radial passage is overlapped with lids with bearings. Shaft with unilateral rod-type lug in the middle is placed in the bearings. Rod-type lug butt completely overlaps clearances in diametrically opposite lateral openings. Nozzles are placed in the openings. Shock absorber with rectangular rubber members is installed at the top. Pipe ring ledge is used as separator. The pipe is placed in two-step sleeve and may be moved in axial direction.
