FIELD: mining equipment. SUBSTANCE: in drilling and preparation of hole to cementation, high quality of colmatation is achieved by subjecting hole wall to combination of hydraulic impact and acoustic treatment by device with body having cylindrical space which is perpendicular to its longitudinal axis. Connection threaded ports are provided in body. Cylindrical space is closed at both sides by plugs and it accommodates hydraulic vibrator in the form of rod with closing member of hydraulic jet head piece. Longitudinal axis of headpiece is perpendicular to axes of cylindrical space and body. Hydraulic jet closing member is mounted in middle part of rod with possibility of rotation. Body has tangential vertical inlet passage leading to middle part of cylindrical space, and it also has vertical tangential outlet passages in same plane located at its ends. Provided in rod at both sides of closing member are axial passages matched with openings in side plugs, and inlet tangential passages located in plane perpendicular to axial passages.
