FIELD: agriculture, in particular, selection. SUBSTANCE: method involves conducting visual selection of high-stability grain samples; determining content of mycelium fusarium protein and desoxynivalinol in selected grain samples. Samples of grain that during three independent tests for two years exhibited accumulation of approximately 100 mg of mycelium fusarium per kg g -I of grain and of approximately 1 mcg of desoxynivalinol per g -I of grain are considered as stable. Content of mycelium fusarium is determined by immunochemical or immunoferment analysis and content of desoxynivalinol is determined by gas-liquid or thin-layer chromatography. EFFECT: increased efficiency in breeding wheat sorts resistant to ear Fusarium wilt. 3 cl, 1 tbl
