FIELD: agriculture, in particular, plant growing. SUBSTANCE: instrument has moistening and temperature period detectors and spore catcher formed as impactor built in aspirator inlet branch pipe. Moistening and temperature detectors as well as spore catcher are positioned below protective panel. Moistening sensor is formed as filament positioned below protective panel on surface with moistening angle approximating that of plant leaves and connected through leverage mechanism with registering stylus, which is disposed adjacent to peripheral edge of register form. Temperature sensor is connected with registering stylus disposed between peripheral edge and center of form. Output of solar member is connected to aspirator electric engine input. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction, enhanced reliability in operation and resistance to unfavorable environmental effect. 1 dwg
