FIELD: agrometeorology and natural disaster control. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing explosive charge into cyclone channel and igniting explosive charge at predetermined altitude. Explosive charge is introduced at cyclone motion path in the vicinity of suction zone of cyclone. Explosive charge is provided with device facilitating lifting of explosive charge into cyclone channel and is fixed on earth surface. When lifted into cyclone channel till complete tensioning of cable, explosive charge is exploded. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method of cyclone control. 3 dwg
