FIELD: medicine, in particular, medical equipment; can be used in gynecology, oncology, at surgical operations on large and small intestinals, for pinching of tissues. SUBSTANCE: for uniform circumferential pinching of walls of dissected tubular organ tissue the branches are made in the form of thin-walled tubes sliding one inside the other, gripping jaws are made in the form of divergent cones, with the smaller bases oriented to the jaws and parallel generating lines, and the rack-and-pinion latch is positioned inside the longitudinal axial groove of the external tube; one longitudinal side of the groove is made as a rack-and-pinion, whose mating part is installed on a support for the pins of the internal tube which is transversely spring-loaded and slides longitudinally inside the groove; the grooves of the external tube are positioned symmetrically in circumference, and the support for the pins of the external tube represent and end face ring. EFFECT: the use of the surgical clamp at operations on genitals, intestine provides for uniform circumferential pinching of walls of dissected for uniform circumferential pinching of walls of dissected tissues of tubular (hollow) organs. 2 dwg
