FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for use in open vascular surgery on vessels of various diameters. Vascular dissector forceps comprise working parts containing rings for fixation in the hand and working jaws. Working parts are upper and lower working parts, each containing ring for fixation in hand and L-shaped working jaw with transverse thread. Teeth are made on the upper working part. In the lower working part, an L-shaped trigger is fixed on the axis, having a short end, on which a platform for pressing with a finger is made, and a long end on which a tooth for engagement with the teeth of the upper working part is made, directed upwards. Spring for pressing the trigger is attached by screw to the bottom of the lower working part. At the end of the spring, opposite from the screw, from above there is a semicircular projection for alignment with the cutout made in the lower part of the distal end of the trigger. Upper working part is located in lower working part with possibility of movement with successive engagement of trigger tooth for teeth on upper working part for vessel clamping with working jaws. Trigger is made with the possibility of disengagement from the teeth of the upper working part when pressed to ensure the possibility of the upper working part being pulled back to release the vessel from the working jaws.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows avoiding damage of underlying tissues in case of artery clamping.
