FIELD: transportation facilities. SUBSTANCE: device has frame 2 with means for putting it into motion and carry-over means able to carry load, means for vertical displacement of rim 9 between transportation position in which it occupies position above ground (floor) and turning position in which it rests on floor and provides lifting of truck and means to made truck turn relative to rim in lifted up position. Device for vertical displacement of rim 9 has slider 6 installed for sliding in vertical guides 7 of frame (chassis) 2. Slider 6 carriers round plate 8 secured on its lower end. Rim 9 is installed on plate 8 for free turning. Upper portion of indicated slider 6 supports means 23 for vertical displacement of load and indicated member is connected with frame through motors 12 providing movement of truck 2 and load in vertical direction. Motors are furnished with means for detecting straight line travel and are controlled by devices mounted on truck 30. Travel motion motors 18 intended to provide rotation of rim are also furnished with device for detecting executed circular travel and are controlled by devices mounted on truck 30.
