FIELD: engineering-exploration operations. SUBSTANCE: barrel with steel line (fish line) reeled on is put on a shaft rotating, for example, in two support rolling bearings. Two gears are put on shaft ends. The gears engage toothed rack. The rack is immovably fixed in casing. A handle for rotating the barrel is put on one end of the shaft. Gaging barrel is placed under the base barrel. Additional shaft of the additional barrel is revolved in support rolling bearings. Plates interconnected through lower frame and upper frame are used as supports for the rolling bearing. Stiff frame is formed by this way. This frame is supported by springs embedded in casing bottom. One end of the additional shaft is connected through a clutch to integrator, installed on a cantilever. Cantilever paws are attached to spring-loaded frame installed so as to be moved in vertical direction in guiding slots of the casing. EFFECT: high accuracy. 2 cl, 8 dwg
