FIELD: hand-held agricultural tools. SUBSTANCE: spade has main handle, stop fixed on handle front side at an angle to handle axis and auxiliary handle spring-biased relative to stop. Supporting part is positioned in common plane with main and auxiliary handles. Restrictor with stop supports is fixed on auxiliary handle. Plane of digging part is positioned at an angle of 15-20 deg with respect to main handle axis. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 4 dwg
