FIELD: drawing; relates to design of drawbenches of continuous action. SUBSTANCE: pulling gear of drawbench has die fixture, immobile guides where two pulling carriages are mounted for reciprocating motion which carry wedge-shaped clamping members, drive for movement of pulling carriages in the form of cam mechanism and drive of movement of clamping members. For increase of reliability of operation of pulling gear and enhanced productivity drawbench guides carry spring-loaded flat cams kinematically coupled to levers of movement of clamping members of carriages. Flat cams have two mutually perpendicular lands of contact with levers. One of them provides for clamping of drawn articles, while second one, for disconnection of cams from kinematic coupling. For compensation of manufacturing inaccuracy and for provision of adjustment of drawbench levers of movement of clamping members of carriages are composed of two systems of levers. One moving clamping member directly is put freely on rotary shaft mounted on body and second one interacting with cams is rigidly mounted on same shaft. Apart from this systems of levers are flexibly interjoined by angle of turn. For decrease of dynamic loads when clamping article and for reduction of number of clamping members for required range of machined articles levers interacting with clamping members are coupled to levers interacting with cams by means of adjustment screws. EFFECT: reduced sluggishness of structure in case of abrupt change of drawing rate. 2 cl, 5 dwg
