FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for reeling of thin-wall gears of external engagement made of tubular billets, for instance, of flexible gear wheels of wave transmission. Device includes reeling roll mounted on mandrel, casing and gear die fixed in casing. Mandrel is fitted with additional support formed by shank of mandrel and hole of casing. Reeling roll is equipped with wedge mechanism incorporating wedge mounted in mandrel for reciprocating motion. Wedge is conjugate to inclined surface of carriage positioned on mandrel for radial movement. Reeling roll is installed in supports of carriage. Wedge mechanism is set in motion by screw mechanism with the aid of screw connected to wedge. Pusher made in the form of gear wheel is thrown into engagement by part of gear ring with gear ring of die for reciprocating motion of pusher relative to gear die. EFFECT: increased precision of manufacture of gear wheels including flexible gear wheels of wave transmission, raised productivity of process. 2 dwg
