SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing of wave leakproof transmission provides for the following operations: flexible tight link, installation flange, bottom, input and output links are deformed preliminary at external side; installation of flexible non-tight shell in tight shell before bushing installation; during assemblage/disassemblage the through thread holes are made; bearing supports are installed at shank of the tight link and in casing; screws are installed in thread holes of lid and pipe. Besides, output, flexible tight and input links are made with two supports. Flexible tight link is divided and made out of fixed, installed one in to another with relative mobility thin wall shells, and it is provided with individual functions.
