FIELD: chemical treatment of liquid media, sewage treatment by ozonization and preparation of drinking water. SUBSTANCE: plant has oxygen-containing mixture source connected in series with ozone generator and dispersing device which is connected with reservoir containing liquid to be ozonized by means of circulating pipe line through pump. Reservoir is connected with ozone generator through filter, drier and chamber-receiver of varying volume. Plant may be provided with dispersing device of injector type which is fitted in suction section of circulating pipe line and pulser or cavitator fitted in delivery section of circulating pipe line.
