FIELD: galvanoplastic engineering. SUBSTANCE: pattern is covered with the first nickel-phosphorous alloy layer 200-500 micron thick, at the temperature 70-80 C and current density 0.3-5.0 A/dm2, from an electrolyte containing (in wt %): 12.8-16.8 nickel sulfate 7- hydrate, 1.4-1.7 sodium chloride, 1.4-1.7 boric acid, 2.8-4.4 phosphoric acid, 1.2-2.8 sodium hypophosphite, water - the rest, at pH 2.0-2.5. A nickel-cobalt alloy (thickness 300-600 micron), nickel, and copper layers are then successively deposited, the thickness of nickel-containing layers being at least 7000 micron. The multilayer package with pattern thus obtained undergoes a thermal treatment at 270-300 C for 2-3 h followed by removing the pattern. EFFECT: increased resistance towards mechanical damage. 2 tbl
