FIELD: chemistry; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of a composite metal-diamond coating, a dispersed system and its production, it can be used for medical devices. The method for producing the said coating involves the precipitation of at least one layer of a metal membrane by chemical or electrochemical precipitation from a solution or electrolyte, respectively, containing an ion source of the precipitated substance and a dispersed system. Before and after the precipitation of each of the layers, the surface is treated with water washing, drying, chemical treatment, mechanical treatment, heat treatment, or several of them. The dispersed system consists of a mixture of a liquid dispersed medium in the form of water, a solid dispersed phase, and a stabilizer. As a solid dispersed phase, a mixture of dispersed particles of a synthetic carbon diamond-containing substance and a substance selected from a group containing diamond, graphene, fullerene, astralen, reduced graphene oxide, carbine, carbon nanotubes, pyrographite, boron carbide, tungsten carbide, silicon carbide, titanium carbide, boron nitride, zirconium nitride, titanium nitride, carbon-boron nitride, titanium carbon nitride, zirconium carbon nitride, zirconium dioxide, yttrium oxide, aluminum oxide, or combinations thereof is used.
EFFECT: invention provides a composite metal-diamond coating with higher operational and technical characteristics due to increased corrosion resistance, micro-hardness, wear resistance, adhesion, as well as producing a dispersed system with increased aggregate stability.
