SUBSTANCE: mechanism is provided with a locking, for example, cylindrical mechanism having disks with setting marks on outer side to dial a code and is made up as two separate axially alined units: driving disk unit and code unit. Both of the units are mounted on a bushing with the central opening for a key and kinematically interconnected through setting pins on the end face surfaces of the disks.
