FIELD: secondary power supplies. SUBSTANCE: device has inactive member, converting units which consist of rectifying and two decoupling diodes, transistor, two resistors, accumulating capacitor and filtering capacitor. Decoupling diodes are connected in series aiding in reverse direction and in parallel to filtering capacitor. One terminal of accumulating capacitor is connected to middle point of decoupling diodes, another terminal of accumulating capacitor as well as emitter of transistor are connected to rectifying diode on input side of converting unit. Base of transistor is connected through resistor to rectifying diode on input side of converting unit. Collector of transistor is connected through resistor to filtering capacitor. Device may be used for power supply of electronic meters of electric power usage, power and voltage meters, protecting and automatic-operation relays, which are supplied by monitored mains.
